Return & Warranty Policy
We accept returns on unused items for up to 30 days from purchase. Refunds do not include shipping costs. If items become lost or damaged from delivery, we will proceed with insurance claims to ensure the customer gets reimbursed the full dollar amount they spent. In the case of damaged items, the insurance company will want damaged item returned to them as proof.
All new watches come with a two year warranty. This warranty covers all parts and labour pertaining to manufacturer defects and mechanical problems. This warranty does not include problems related to abuse: cracked crystals, scratches, and broken crowns. This warranty is void if evidence of watch repair is done by another party outside of ARA. Vintage watches carry a one year warranty with the same terms mentioned above.
Shipping charges for return will be applied. Watch bands carry a three month warranty against manufacture defects.
